Besides timing, one of the things to consider also, is where? We, of course, love the fact that Rutherford County is so well placed in western North Carolina. This is an excellent long term location, between Charlotte and Asheville, with three interstates surrounding us. It is just a matter of time, folks. It will be slow at first, and gradually pick up speed over the years. But it is on.
