Rutherford County has elevations to 3,967 feet above sea level. Everyday we enjoy looking at those beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, and would love to share these inspiring views with you.

Let’s take a minute here to distinguish between mountain property, and mountain view property. Mountain property is much more expensive. With eighteen subdivisions under our belt, we've worked in some pretty tough areas, and we’ve discovered that true ‘top of the mountain’ property (billy goat country) is really not our niche. You won’t see us working with Tiger Woods or Jack Nicklaus to put some frilly high-brow development together, then offering a no-view acre or two of land starting in the low $200,000’s. Not only are the property costs high, the development costs (roads, foundations, wells, septic systems) are even higher. Oh, to be sure, you can find beautiful property on top of a mountain in western North Carolina. But rest assured, you will pay dearly for it, and we hope you didn't forget the milk at the grocery store.

Now, about mountain view property. We like that we offer panoramic views of the Blue Ridge mountains, with a little less elevation, and much easier year ‘round access. We are surrounded by the mountains and don't have to think twice if we want to go white water rafting or ski the slopes. But it also doesn’t take us any time to get healthcare, and if you forgot something when buying groceries, it is a 10 minute trip back to the store. Plus, from here, we’re surrounded not only by mountains, but three interstates, also. We find it easy to visit so many great little towns, as well as the big cities. It’s a nice 45 minute drive to Asheville, and just over an hour to Charlotte, NC, or Greenville, SC.

Plan a trip! You've got nothing to lose, and everything to gain. Nothing beats seeing for yourself. It is simply beautiful.
